from the previous day. If you don't receive a email the following morning after your order, email us and ask for your order to be confirmed. We may have missed it or didn't

We ship with U.S.P.S. Priority mail 2 to 3 days delivery.
We know you have some hungary pets to feed so we ship out on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's Friday's and Saturday's if necessary. You order will be ship within 3
days after receiving your order. Most orders will be shipped the next day. You will receive a email when your order ships. Make sure you have a safe place for your mail
carrier to put your mealworms, superworms or crickets. We can mark your box HOLD AND CALL FOR PICKUP if you would rather pick them up at the post office. A phone
number is required so we can write it on the box. If the temperatures are either to cold or to hot we will hold your order until the temperature is at acceptable levels. If the
weather doesn't break for that week, the order will not ship and you will be notified. If you would like we can cancelled your order and refund your credit card.
We monitor weather conditions and pack your mealworms, giant mealworms and superworms accordingly. We make ever effort to have your mealworms, giant
mealworms and superworms arrive alive and in good condition. If your order arrives dead we will replace them at no cost to you.
You must notify us within 24hrs. of delivery by email or phone. Someone must be home to accept delivery or we can mark the box HOLD AND CALL FOR PICKUP. A
